Irish Triangle Shooting

This is an awesome drill to get different shot variations and lots of reps very quickly. For small groups/teams of 6+ and you'll need atleast 1 bucket of balls. It can be run both directions and feel free to change the size of the triangle depending on where you want your players to shoot from.

The Drill
- Set up in a triangle shape like you see in the above diagram. Note: you can expand and shrink the traingle depending on what you want to work on. (Smaller triangle if you want to work soley on finishing)
- Rule: You'll make a pass before you shoot
- Rule: Go to the line that passed to you after you shoot.
- In the diagram above the drill will start when X2 passes to a cutting X1. X1 then takes a shot on the run.
- After the pass X3 passes to a cutting X2, who finishes inside
- X3 then pops high either up the hash or for a time and room, getting a pass from X4.
- The drill then continues going around and should be fast paced with lot's of shots.
This was the first time our 30/31's ran this drill. Next time it should look more crisp!
